so i just got back tonight from one of my all time favorite places-- california. we stayed in san diego since the primary purpose of the trip was for my cousins wedding, which was held in rancho bernardo. the ceremony (and bride of course) were both absolutely gorgeous. before the wedding, me, my dad and sister, jodi, did the tourist thing and went to the zoo and sea world. both places were extremely fun, but there's no surprise there. during the trip we also made it to la jolla and fashion valley to do some shopping. la jolla is adorable with its little boutiques and fashion valley was an explosion of department stores- i was in heaven. the trip was the perfect way to end the summer.
